Forget about splicing ethernet cables or using AC adapters, you've got 24vdc right there already!
This super simple board just provides a nice screwless power connector, routed to the "passive POE pairs" that tons of WiFi components use.
Standard right angle RJ-45 network connectors connect to your passive POE device on one side, and the rest of your equipment on the other.
Power is only sent to the POE side and is not connected in any way to the other network port.
Power + is connected to pins 4 and 5
Power - is connected to pins 7 and 8
